Beeing the B&B a private apartment managed by family, there is no
reception open 24 hours as in a hotel. Because of this, the guest has to contact the owner to comunicate on the time of arrival. To arrive at the B&B without having advised about time of arrival can cause long waitings. This problem cannnot be reason for a complaint or a refund. The same rules are worth for delays do not communicate to the owner
